All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

When emailing, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Shipping Issues

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist with any available information.
